How do I care for garment with rhinestones?
Turn inside out before washing and select a mild wash cycle and a mild detergent. To ensure that the flat backs will not be damaged during the washing process, cover them with a soft washing bag. Turn fabric inside out before drying. Dry at a warm temperature with reduced thermal load. To ensure that the flat backs will not be damaged during the drying process, cover them with a soft washing bag. Iron at a warm temperature using the setting wool/silk/polyester/viscose. Use a protective cloth. Please note that the glue is reactivated when ironing. Do not use chlorine bleach. Do not dry clean. We suggest to use gentle machine cycle or hand wash turning your garment inside-out .
What's the difference between "rhinestones", "rhinestuds", "crystals" and "swarovski"?
Rhinestones are often call crystals, because generally made from crystal, but some rhinestones made of glass or acrylic. Rhinestuds is non glass decorative embellishment made out of aluminium or plastic, they comes in wide variety metallic and neon colors.Swarovski is well known brand of rhinestones.
Is the rhinestone often fell off?
Our most priority make rhinestone stay on the garment. High quality rhinestones, glue and operation machine always used to create our garments. Even after numerous washes and dries rhinestones are stay in place. If for some reason quality don't meet your expectation, please contact us and we make sure your issue been fix.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship around the world. Our First Class shipping method mosteconomical $20-$30 (12-21 business days), USPS Priority (10-12 business days) and Express (3-5 business days).
Which fabric are the warmest?
Our Polartec fleece fabric is the warmest, most rhinestonized jacket made out polartec. Poly/spandex is medium weight fabric it has thin insulation layer, this fabric used for our criss/cross collection. Supplex/microfiber is the lightest, but still very durable, great for high level skaters. We use microfiber for our pants and some venetta style jackets.
Can I return/exchange item?
Yes, we are accepting returns and exchanges 30 days after receiving the item. Please, contact us and we will be happy to process it.The only items that can't be returned or exchanged its Personalized ones.
How long it takes to receive the order?
Usually our orders shipped within 1-2 business days. Personalized items takes extra 2-4 business days for processing.
Can I order different color/design that not shown on the web site?
